Minglong's storySick and tired of looking scrawny
"Before I got know more about the ranges of the indinine products in July 2007, I was considered a "gym rat". I have always been a sporty person.
However, I felt that I was too scrawny, and I was sick and tired of looking that way.
For 10 months (from Oct 2006 to Jul 2007), I frequented the gym minimum twice a week to sculpt and build the figure I wanted.During those 10 months, I realized that I only felt "pumped up" after each gym session. "
The effect would wear off very quickly, and I did not feel much difference the next day.
"Love handles", not muscles! And because I took a lot of milk and eggs during that period of time, I felt my "love-handles" growing, but my muscles were not growing! Even the definition of my 6-pack did not look obvious.
Most importantly, I didn't feel and couldn't even see any signs of the 8-pack coming!
Tired after gym
But the worst thing was I felt tired easily in the afternoons during that 10 months of gym training and I ended up dozing off in lectures or taking long afternoon naps.
Fitness, energy & 8-packs achieved!
In July 2007, I was introduced to Indinine and the range of products like Vplus and fibre plus. I started to take the products and chose to go vegetarian.
In a matter of 2-3 weeks, I saw changes in my body that was unachievable in the previous 10 months.
Firstly, my parents realized I looked more energetic despite the high workload I had (I held 3 part-time jobs).
Secondly, my parents realized I didn't have my morning flu problem anymore.
Thirdly, my physical strength rose tremendously. From 15 pull-ups, I'm now able to do 20!
Fourthly, my 6-pack grew to an 8-pack.
Most importantly I feel energetic throughout the day and don't feel tired easily especially after lunch. I find myself adapting very well to the routine of sleeping at 10pm and waking up at 5am too.
All these were unimaginable before I got started taking Indinine & the range of food products e.g. Vplus and fibre plus. Not artificial supplements nor drugs.
It's food! Most importantly you feel good and happy :) It's an incredible lifestyle change that will impact you for the rest of your life
